Willy is an expert in marketing, entertainment, digital media and strategy. With more than 15 years of experience running multi-faceted businesses, he has demonstrated a capacity for driving new product development, international expansion, and revenue growth.
Willy developed his management consulting expertise for a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he was co-leader of the Firm’s Media and Entertainment practice. He also worked as an independent consultant serving several companies on issues related to launching new businesses, expanding international operations, refocusing content development strategies and integrating cross-media marketing and brand experiences.
Willy was most recently President of Blue Man Productions. Previously, he was the President of Sportsman Channel, Executive Vice President/Managing Director of ESPN International, and a member of the Board of Directors of ESPN.
Willy holds an M.B.A., with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, and is a Phi Beta Kappa, B.A. graduate of Stanford University.
