Greg Duppler was Senior Vice President, Merchandising at Target. During his 28 years at Target he worked in merchandising and operations in many parts of the business, most recently as Sr Vice President of Grocery. He was responsible for many innovations and successes, with the rapid expansion of SuperTarget and the development and implementation of the PFresh concept being two visible projects.
Since leaving Target, he has worked on consulting projects with MagicCom, General Mills, Hormel, JCPenney, Martha Stewart Living, Caribou coffee, Peet’s coffee and Tea, and DreamWorks Animation.
Greg serves on the Board of Trustees for the College of St Benedict in St Joseph, Minnesota where he chairs the Marketing and Enrollment committee and is on the Executive Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for Brand and Product Management at the University of Wisconsin School Of Business. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Innovators International.
Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin School Of Business with a double major in Marketing and Management.
Greg served as the corporate executive sponsor for all Target Volunteer Programs for 10 years and was the executive sponsor for the Target Meals on Wheels program in Minneapolis. He is a volunteer for The Loaves and Fishes program in North Minneapolis, along with a variety of church programs.
